What Clients Say

Excellent agent. very experienced and knowledgeable. She has helped me buy and sell many homes over the last 20 years and has become a dear friend and confidant.

Jerry (Zillow Review)

My wife and I can't say enough about Peggy. She is the kind of person and professional you want by your side. Her experience and knowledge in the real estate market is very helpful. She helped us find the home we wanted, list our current home and made it all come together perfectly. What more can you ask for? She get's things done!

Randy & Cindy Dearing

We had the pleasure of working with Peggy last year to purchase our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, organized, and efficient all while treating us like we were family. She has quite the unique gift - very assertive when we needed her to be, but yet not pushy with us when showing us homes or going thru the purchase process. We highly recommend Peggy to anyone.

Jon and Sarah Moore Salem, OR

Having known Peggy since 1972, I can honestly say she is the kind of person who becomes a dear friend to most everyone she deals with. She has clients for years who return to her over and over because of her top quality skills and attention to their real estate transactions as well as 2nd and 3rd generation clients. She's really remarkable in her devotion to her real estate clients and how deeply she cares about doing her best for them!

Barbara Castleman, (San Diego and Salem)

Peggy is a very special friend of many years and is someone I have great respect for. During a real estate transaction awhile back I Found her to be easy to work with, honest and caring about all parties involved. She is knowledgeable, honest and hard working. Peggy is absolutely the best

Julie Fox, San Diego

Ms Lagrande showed us a duplex that we were interested in. She was quick and made arrangements to get us into the property for an inspection in a very timely manner. We deferred on the purchase of the property as it did not suit our needs. A pleasant experience though.

(Zillow Review)

We have dealt with Peggy Legrande on many occasions for a lot of years. Peggy has always been professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Peggy knows the answers to our questions and if she doesn't, she finds the answer and gets back to us as soon as possible. We have always been very impressed with Peggy's knowledge and abilities to get the job done right and fair.

(Zillow Review)

I've known Peggy LeGrande for 25 years. I worked as an office manager in two real estate offices where Peggy was a broker. She was always one of (or the), highest producer in the office and her clients loved her. She sold my Mother's house in 2006. I was perfectly confident to leave everything in her hands and the home sold in a very short time at the price I asked for. I haven't had any other real estate selling or buying since then but if I do I couldn't imagine using anyone but Peggy. She's a super real estate agent and a good friend. I frequently recommend her without hesitation

Peggy has sold property for me and also found property for me. She is 100% for her sellers and buyers you could not be in better hands than Peggy Legrande. You can totally trust her to make sure that you are protected from anything not being done legally. I highly recommend her for all your real-estate needs whether it be buyer or seller.
